Login into the instance
1- Click on the hamburger menu
2 - Click on the Admin item
3 - Click on the me Metrics menu
4 - Select your client in the list box
5 - Select the year and quarter to export
6 - Check the Total & Amelia Handled conversations count
7 - Export the screen into a CSV file
Other settings:
Make sure you don't include conversations that haven't started. Select “Metrics Include Not Started” in “Advanced Settings” of “Domain”.
Click the「+」
Make sure that “Default” of “Metrics Include Not Started” is “false” and “Custom Value” is empty.
